IntelliSoft helped Crystal Ventures Limited to go-live with SAP S/4HANA 1909. Crystal Ventures Limited is an investment company established in 1995 in Rwanda, initially under the name Tri-Star Investments Limited, before rebranding to the current name in 2009. The company was founded to meet economic recovery challenges and take advantage of growth opportunities in a virgin environment. The group embarked on the project in 2020 with a scope of Financials, Procurement & Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Fleet Management, Success Factors, BPC, CPM and PPM. By switching to SAP S/4HANA with specific Industry specific best practices, they are now shifting their focus from managing day-to-day operations to growth and expansion. The Go-live was smooth, thanks to the leadership of CVL Project Manager Mr. Arnaud Muhizi with extensive support from CVL Group Management, the EXCO team of CVL subsidiaries and Mr. Satish Kumar, IntelliSoft Project Director & Mr. Biswajit Bhuyan Project Manager along with his team of consultants.
