NBTC goes live with SAP HCM Solution

IntelliSoft touched newer horizons by helping the NBTC Group of Kuwait Go-Live with SAP HCM Solution. The SAP Modules Implemented were Recruitment, Organizational Management, Personal Administration ,Time Management, Payroll, Learning Solution and Personal Development and achieved objectives such as Standardization & Localization of HR Practices, Management of Labor & Manpower, Manpower Tracking, Intensive Reporting & Cost Analysis. Since December 2008, NBTC is successfully using SAP HCM Solution to manage its workforce of about 8000 employees.
